WispWeb has standard procedures for obtaining technical support and escalations.
Clients are requested to log a ticket when experiencing difficulties.

Methods for logging tickets are as follows:
Sending an e-mail to  admin@wispweb.co.za   for technical support or  accounts@wispweb.co.za for any accounts related quires

Support Hours:
Accounts – Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm
Technical – Weekdays and Weekends from 7am – 8pm
